To participate in our auctions you must come in and fill out the neccessary paper work, be put into our system and given a bidder number. The membership is Free of charge and your bidder number will be permanently assigned to you and you only.

All Auction items are sold as-is and no refunds are given on auction items. Our staff members are not experts in the items. When placing a bid, You are legally obligated to purchase all items, if you are the highest bidder. Non payment will result in a forfeiture of all future bidding privileges. You must understand that all auction items are in used condition, orgin or condition is unknown and you are bidding at your own risk. 

All items must be paid for and picked up within 24 hours after the end of the auction unless other arrangements are made with our staff. 

Make sure the Phone Number is kept up to date in our files. If you are not present when the auction ends, our automatic call system will call the number listed in your membership file between 7pm - 8pm the day the auction ends. If you are not at home, make sure your answering machine or voicemail is on and able to receive messages.  No Follow Up phone calls will be made!
